Like most businesses in these particularly challenging times, we are experiencing significant supplier price increases.

Aside from the product prices themselves, our bulk bag prices, and the skip hire costs to dispose of returned empty bags have risen dramatically over recent months.

To try to limit the cost impact, but also recognising the need for our business to play our part in reducing the impact on landfill waste disposal, we have taken the difficult decision to remove the £5 refundable element of the bulk bag charge for any orders made from 1st January 2022. Any returned bags relating to orders before this date will still receive the £5 refund per bag.

Whilst the £5 bag charge remains and refunds stop, we will continue to dispose of customers returned bags, if necessary, but would encourage customers to re-use their bags wherever possible.

Please note that we pack individual slabs and small bags over minimum levels into non-refundable bulk bags to ensure their safe transfer from our lorries to your property.

Non-refundable bag charges will be applied as follows:

5-12 Small bags = 1 non-refundable bulk bag
13-24 Small bags = 2 non-refundable bulk bags
25-36 Small bags = 3 non-refundable bulk bags

4-7 25kg Cement = 1 non-refundable bulk bag
8-14 25kg Cement = 2 non-refundable bulk bags

9-19 Individual paving slabs = 1 non-refundable bulk bag
20-39 Individual paving slabs = 2 non-refundable bulk bags
