Returns and Refunds Policy
Unused products can be returned to Madingley Mulch for full or partial refund if they have been ordered in error; are no longer required; have been delivered in error; or are defective in some way.
Any potential returns must be reported to Madingley Mulch within 28 days of purchase by calling us on 01954 212144 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Collection and return of products ordered in error and non-defective products for refund
If a customer wishes to have a replacement product; has over-ordered or has changed their mind and no longer wishes to have the product, this must be notified to us within 28 days of purchase. We will collect the original product and if necessary deliver a replacement product at our earliest convenience. Returns of products in these circumstances will be subject to a £10 re-stocking fee and a delivery charge if necessary.
Collection and return of products delivered in error and/or defective products for refund
If we have supplied an incorrect or defective product, this must be notified to us within 28 days of purchase. We will then replace the product free of charge as soon as possible, or offer a full refund. We cannot accept the return of any product or offer any refund if the product has been fully or part-used.
If a product has been ordered but is temporarily out-of-stock we will contact the customer and offer a full refund, an alternative product, or leave the order as pending until the product is received into stock.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
