Please note that we pack individual slabs and small bags over minimum levels into refundable bulk bags to ensure their safe transfer from our lorries to your property.
Refundable bag deposits will be applied as follows:
5-12 Small bags = 1 refundable bulk bag
13-24 Small bags = 2 refundable bulk bags
25-36 Small bags = 3 refundable bulk bags
4-7 25kg Cement = 1 refundable bulk bag
8-14 25kg Cement = 2 refundable bulk bags
9-19 Individual paving slabs = 1 refundable bulk bag
20-39 Individual paving slabs = 2 refundable bulk bags
Simply return the undamaged bags (either directly to our shop or to the delivery driver when your next order arrives) to receive your refund.
